New Geospatial Forum Launches

There is a new place for geospatial professionals to connect and share knowledge.  Last month, geospatialOnline launched a discussion forum.  Founded by Philip Roy, geospatialOnline (gO) was developed to fill the vacuum created by a lack of general GIS forums.  Roy envisions gO as a place where geospatial professionals can post technical questions, event notifications, job listings, and even promote their geospatial related businesses.  gO is meant to be a place for all interested in GIS and related fields.  Roy notes that all are welcome, from “the GIS newbie to the professional”.
