Good News on the #freeatanas Front

UPDATE:  As promised, Atanas has posted an update on his blog:

We have been granted a one-year stay of removal, and have been released “on supervision.” What this means is that there are some strings attached to our release – we are not yet 100% legal permanent residents (green card holders). There is a lot more work to be done, but we are on the right path.

We couldn’t have gotten here without the amazing and overwhelming support of all our friends and sympathizers. For this I will be forever grateful to all.

After a protracted stay in an immigrant detention facility, GIS professional Atanas Entchev has tweeted that he is out.  Not much in the way of details but Atanas has promised an update on his blog the Tenth Cave soon.
