Esri has announced that the 2020 Esri International User Conference will be held as a virtual event. For the first time since the User Conference was first held forty years ago, the largest annual gathering of GIS professionals will occur online.
In an email sent out on behalf of Jack Dangermond, president of Esri, he states, “While we can’t replicate the experience of being together in person, we will do our best to create an amazing event that will continue to move you and our community forward. One of the benefits of going with a virtual format will be that organizations will be able to send an unlimited number of attendees.”
